Orders and Shipping

Orders are Shipped Same day if made before 1PM GMT

Accounts are created via the My Account area of our website. here you can create an account with Email and password.

Shipping Address is changed via the My Account Area >  Addresses – Here you can change both your Shipping Address and Postal Address.

Tracking Numbers are provided automatically at the point of purchase. Once its in the hands of Royal Mail your Tracking number will become active.

No – As we use the payment service of stripe we only keep your username, password (Encrypted) and delivery and billing address that you enter within the “My Account” section of the website.

*All payment details are stored on the Stripe payment network and only if you choose to save this with them.

No – we are not VAT registered so there is no Sales Tax. 

We only currently ship to the United Kingdom (UK) & Ireland (IRE). If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we will notify you when we go International.

Yes we use the smallest amount of packaging with our products as possible to save the environment.

Returns and Exchanges

We will do our best to post orders received before 2 pm Monday to Friday and by 11 am Saturday on the same day. We offer various options for shipping, Royal Mail First Class Signed For (1-3 working day delivery, UK ONLY), Special Delivery (1-2 working day delivery, UK ONLY) and International Tracked & Signed (3-4 working day delivery, Ireland ONLY). Any Special Delivery orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on a Monday. On dispatch, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking code for your order, which can be used at http://track.royalmail.com. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery. All delivery time scales are as stated by Royal Mail.

Please ensure that address details are complete and correct. On receipt of a card to say that Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card. 

We currently do not ship outside of the UK or Ireland.

For lost or undeliverable orders: If an order is lost in the post we will send a replacement according to the chosen courier’s timescale for lost items. If an order is damaged in transit we will replace the damaged item immediately (we may request photographic proof of damage before sending a replacement). If an order is returned to us because of insufficient or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, at our discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of delivery. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

International Tracked & Signed (3-4 working days) £7.50

Returns policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have 14 days from delivery to return the goods. The item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received in and in the original packaging.

The buyer is liable for the cost of the return postage and proof of purchase must be returned with the product.

On receipt of the product, in its approved state, a refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. 

To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.

If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyer and exceptions.

Go the “My Account” Area within our website & click on the “My Orders” section – locate the order and cancel. Then reorder. All canceled orders that have not been dispatched will be automatically refunded your full amount including shipping charges. 

Then simply reorder your Item. 

If the item has already been dispatched – we are unable to offer any refund as the item as already been shipped.
